## 🏆 Notes & Observations
- Reasonably happy with Cmaj chords up and down individually. Struggled but got to an OK spot on contrary motion without looking. In general, I think issues are
- over or undershooting when changing hand positions and pressing the wrong key, often 2-3-4 make it to the correct places and 1 or 5 lands incorrectly. ex pressing FGC when I meant EGC or similar.
- changing hand positions from 125 to 135 to prepare for a new chord but then pressing down with 2 anyway, so something like pressing EAC instead of EGC.
- To work on this, I tried this strategy I saw from a [Youtube short]([https://m.youtube.com/shorts/dnLmYkHXGEs](https://m.youtube.com/shorts/dnLmYkHXGEs)) that discusses how to make large jumps in hand position in the piano accurately. She likens it to throwing a ball into a cup. Say on LH switch from CEG down to the 2nd inversion GCE and move back and forth quickly until it’s as ingrained as throwing a ball into cup. (I dunno about you btw but I’m really not that good at throwing a ball into a cup, but I digress). It worked OK I guess. Will keep working at it and ask instruction for tips.
- On Cmaj chords, quite good. Got parallel motion w/o looking on the second try. This is starting to feel more comfortable, which is heartening.
